How are your leads generated?

We use many methods of advertising to raise product interest which is then sent through our lead validation system. To maximise results we have a CRM model to capture client interest at the optimum time. Whilst many of your leads may be from clients that are shopping or merely trying to find out more product information, we divert this data flow and only send clients that are ready to buy.

What format do you send leads to me in?

All of our leads are telephone validated and hotkey transferred to your call centre live to reduce your outbound canvassing activities and increase the sales potential for each lead.

What support will I receive?

To ensure that your campaign runs smoothly and successfully we will provide the service enhancements:

  • Campaign analysis; using information based on current and past performance we will produce reports to assess the progress of your campaign.
  • Daily lead reports; as part of our standard terms we produce a list of your previous day's transfers to send to you for feedback. This enables us to run your leads campaign without interruption keeping to a very strict schedule.
  • Order management; monthly budgeting is standard practice with our campaign management, it enables use to form true bilateral relationship based on solid communication.

During which hours will you send leads to me?

All leads are transferred during your opening hours. If for any reason we are unable to connect to your call centre we will automatically send the live transfer to one of our other buyer accounts, this means you will never need to worry about having a free line in to your office.
